we have a team of wine experts who are passionate about
their craft.
A management team of
Toby Hancock, Simon Rolfe and Ian Hanley lead the business, alongside Non-Executive Chairman Bill Rolfe.

EXCELLENCE
10 International create and develop new exciting wine brands from many different countries. With our own brands we are working from the outside in, putting ourselves in the customers’ shoes.

With each of our new wines we start by identifying exactly what the consumer is looking for and decide on the style and quality of the wine required.
​
Secondly, we choose an appropriate name;
we believe good names are the ones people
can remember. They act as the springboard
for building a brand.
​
Thirdly, the labels and packaging must capture
the essence of the country of origin, be bold, engaging and stand out in a crowd.
​
Of course, each wine must be
competitively priced to succeed in today’s market.
​
And finally and most importantly:
only a superb wine will convince the consumer they have made the right choice.
